If a guide is not the right fit, we make refunds straightforward. Here is exactly how the process works.

1. The promise in one paragraph
You have 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to request a full refund on any printable guide ordered directly from Motionglow. No questions asked, no forms to complete beyond a short email. We process approved refunds back to the original payment method within 10 business days.
2. What is covered
This policy covers all printable PDF guides listed on our guides page, including the Desk Companion Card, the Evening Wind-Down Playbook and the Full Workday Companion bundle. It applies to purchases made directly through our website. Purchases made through any third-party reseller are subject to that reseller’s own return policy.
3. How to request a refund
Send a short email to our handle (listed on the contact page) within 14 days of your purchase. Please include:
- The name of the guide you ordered.
- The email address you used at checkout.
- A one-line note — not required, but useful for us to improve.
We will reply within one business day to confirm we have received your request. You do not need to fill in any form.
4. How we process the refund
Refunds are issued to the original payment method (the card or wallet you used at checkout). Our payment provider usually credits the refund within 5 to 10 business days, although the exact timing depends on your bank. We do not deduct administrative fees from refunds.
5. After the 14-day window
After 14 days, we cannot guarantee a refund, but we still read every message. If something is genuinely wrong with a guide — a broken link, an incorrect file, a missing page — please write to us and we will replace it or refund you regardless of the calendar date.
6. Multiple purchases and bundles
If you purchased a bundle and want to keep one item while refunding the rest, that is fine. Tell us which items you want to keep and we will refund the remainder pro rata against the bundle price.
7. Honest use
Our refund policy works because most customers are reasonable. We reserve the right to decline a refund where there is clear evidence of misuse, such as systematic refund requests across multiple accounts. In such cases we will explain our decision in writing.
8. Statutory consumer rights
This policy is in addition to, and does not replace, the statutory rights you have under consumer-protection law in your country of residence. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
9. Updates to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one in force on the date of purchase. The current version is always available on this page with the “last updated” date at the top.
