Cookies Policy
We use cookies sparingly. This page lists every cookie we set, what it does, and how long it lives.

1. What is a cookie
A cookie is a small text file that a website asks your browser to store on the device you are using. The next time you visit, the website can read that file and recognise that you have been here before, remember a preference, or keep you signed in. Modern web platforms also use related technologies such as localStorage and session storage, which work in a similar way and are covered by this policy.
2. Our approach
We try to use the smallest possible number of cookies. We do not run advertising trackers, third-party analytics that profile individuals, or social-network pixels on this site. The cookies we do use are limited to what is strictly necessary to keep the website functional and accessible.
3. Cookies we currently use
Strictly necessary
- td123_cookie_ok — a small entry written to your browser’s local storage when you dismiss the cookie notice. It exists so we do not show the notice on every page. Lifetime: up to 12 months. No personal data.
- Session cookie — set by our web server only if you submit the contact form, to prevent duplicate submissions. Lifetime: cleared when you close the browser. No personal data beyond what you typed.
Functional
We do not currently set any functional cookies. If we add one in the future (for example, to remember a language preference), we will update this page and seek your consent where the law requires it.
Analytics, advertising or social-media cookies
None are used on this website at the time of writing.
4. Third-party services
Our website loads a small number of resources from third-party content-delivery networks (the Google Fonts service and an icon-library CDN). These providers may log standard request data such as IP address and user agent for security and operational purposes. We do not control what those providers log, but we choose providers that publish clear privacy practices.
The map embedded on our contact page is provided by Google Maps. Loading that page sends a request to Google’s servers, which may set cookies governed by Google’s own privacy and cookie policies.
5. Managing cookies in your browser
Every modern browser lets you view, block and delete cookies. The exact menu names differ, but most browsers offer:
- A setting to block all cookies, or all third-party cookies.
- A list of cookies currently stored, with the option to remove them individually.
- A “clear browsing data” button that wipes cookies and local storage at once.
- A “do not track” or “global privacy control” signal we will respect where required.
If you block our strictly necessary cookies, the cookie notice may reappear on every page and the contact form may temporarily reject quick repeat submissions.
6. Consent and how to withdraw it
By using this website, you consent to the strictly necessary cookies described above, because they are required for basic site functionality. You can withdraw your consent at any time by clearing cookies in your browser. If we add cookies in the future that go beyond strictly necessary, we will ask you for clear, opt-in consent first.
7. Changes to this policy
We will update this page whenever we add, remove or change a cookie. The “last updated” date above always reflects the most recent change.
8. Contact
For any cookie-related question, please use our contact form or the phone number listed there.
